Customer information submitted through booking forms is used to schedule and communicate about Pet Photo Day appointments. If you sign up for Event Alerts, we use the email and ZIP code you give us to tell you about Pet Photo Days near you.
Information We Collect
When you book:
- Name
- Phone number
- Pet details
- Selected event location
- Appointment details
When you sign up for Event Alerts:
- ZIP code
How We Use It
Booking information is used to coordinate appointments, confirm session details, follow up about your booking, and answer your questions.
Event Alert information is used only to send the event alerts you asked for. We first email you a link to confirm your address; alerts start only after you confirm. Your ZIP code is used to choose events near you — we don't track your location. Signing up for Event Alerts doesn't create an account or book an appointment, and booking doesn't sign you up for Event Alerts.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from Event Alerts at any time using the link in an alert email. Unsubscribing from Event Alerts doesn't stop emails about an appointment you've booked.
Sharing
We do not sell or share customer information with unrelated third parties.
